Chia Cloud Wallet leaves Early Access
On 29 October 2025, Chia Network announced that its Chia Cloud Wallet has moved out of Early Access and into General Release. The wallet comes from Chia Network itself, and you open it at vault.chia.net.
What it offers
- Vaults to manage your keys and funds securely.
- Recovery, so you can replace your keys when needed.
- The Chia iOS Signer app for signing transactions.
- Creating and accepting offers for peer-to-peer trades.
- Support for NFTs and Chia Asset Tokens (CATs).
- Coin management: view, split and combine your coins.
Buying XCH by bank transfer
New in this release: people with a United States bank account can buy XCH directly in the wallet with an ACH bank transfer. At launch the minimum purchase was $25 and the daily maximum $100. Chia Network said it wants to add more payment methods and regions later.
What it means for farmers
The Cloud Wallet is a wallet, not farming software. To farm you still need the Chia reference client or a light farming client such as NanoFarmer. If you are new to farming and want to join a pool, you can start at explorer.xchpool.org/join.
